Hampton Inn & Suites - South Lake Buena VistaService Savvy is a great program that allows you to learn tidbits of information from industry leaders. The topics are helpful and can always be incorporated into your professional as well as personal life. I tend to look forward to Wednesdays to see who will be presenting the topic of the week. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 13 years and I never grow tired of receiving helpful advice from my colleagues. We are in this industry because we enjoy it and love what we do. Being rewarded $500 for doing something I enjoy is fantastic!
Oak Plantation Resort & The Inn at Oak PlantationService Savvy is a great tool for a quick training. It is so nice how the hospitality community gets together to keep or improve customer service. I recommend it to everyone!!!!
Seralago Hotel & Suites MGEI feel the Service Savvy program is a great way for hospitality employees in Osceola County to learn how others in our industry handle special situations that arise daily. Many times, it is the little things that we do that make our guests’ stay more enjoyable and memorable and make them want to return. What an easy way to win $500! Just take a couple of minutes to watch the video and answer a few questions…how easy is that!?! If you haven’t joined the program, I suggest you start today.
Clarion Hotel MaingateWhen I received the phone call, I could not believe I won! I was screaming, “$500.00 extra money” - it made my day! I heard of Service Savvy from my DOS, Maria Rolon. She was one of those who gave a presentation online. I always want to learn new things, and improve my skills in my chosen career in the Hospitality Industry. When I watched the presentations, I appreciated every detail discussed by each person who has “been there, done that.” They have covered everything from taking care of guest requests; handling lost and found; to listening to guests complaints. PLUS, we explored how to take care of employees and much more - I have learned a lot. Even though you sometimes think you know these things, it helps to see and hear reminders from time to time. It keeps you on track, especially when you get carried away by the daily pressures of work, overwhelming experiences with guests and co-workers, meeting deadlines, etc. It’s a great tool for all Hospitality Employees!.
