In this highly interactive workshop you will discover your natural leadership style, the styles of your employees, and ways to diagnose the development level of employees and choose the appropriate leadership style. You will explore the difference between leadership and management and the need for both in today’s environment; effective coaching; accountability; discussing performance with employees; and emotional intelligence as a leadership skill. Note: Included with this learning experience is a personality and leadership profile which must be completed online prior to class. It’s a fun, insightful tool that cannot identify good or bad leaders. Instead, it highlights your natural strengths and stretch areas, which all leaders possess. It will help you see why you are currently successful and how you can take that success to the next level.

In this fun and interactive workshop you will discover your natural service style and how to identify the styles of your guests to best serve them. You will explore effective guest communications, handling complaints and/or angry guests, doing more with less, and the importance of attitude. Note: Included with this learning experience is a personality profile which must be completed online prior to class. It’s a fun, insightful tool that cannot identify good or bad service providers. Instead, it highlights your natural strengths and stretch areas, which all service providers possess. It will help you see why you are currently successful and how you can take that success to the next level.
