You will explore the difference between leadership and management and the need for both in today’s environment; effective coaching; accountability; discussing performance with employees; and emotional intelligence as a leadership skill. Note: Included with this learning experience is a personality and leadership profile which must be completed online prior to class. It’s a fun, insightful tool that cannot identify good or bad leaders. Instead, it highlights your natural strengths and stretch areas, which all leaders possess.
