If you want to understand your fellow team members, your boss, guests and yourself better; this teleconference series is for you! In just two one-hour teleconferences you will explore the four core personality styles and how to use that knowledge to improve internal and external customer service. You will also discover ways to maximize your natural strengths, while not overusing them, resulting in weaknesses.

There are two session dates available

• Session 1 – September 13^th and 15th
• Session 2 – September 20^th and 22nd

This is a two-hour Webinar – the first hour is on Tuesday, September 13^th at 9:00 a.m. and the second hour on Thursday, September 15^th at 9:00 a.m.
