Service Savvy is a free service where Osceola County resort team members can learn and be inspired by local resort leaders.
How Service Savvy Works
Getting Started…
Watch the current Weekly Wisdom video by clicking on the appropriate "Watch as a Team" or "Watch as an Individual" button. Once you register (making you eligible for the $500 drawing), the play button will reappear for you to begin the video. (See #1 on visual.) You can also hear the message in Spanish by clicking on the Spanish Audio icon. (See #2 on visual.) New videos are posted each Wednesday.
The weekly 2-question Gameshow Reviews can be accessed by links on the right side of each video. These options will not appear until after you register to watch the video. (See #3 on the visual.) Whether you register individually or as a team, you will be eligible for the $500 quarterly drawing! (One entry for each week you play.)
If you experience problems with the video be sure to download the latest Flash Player, you can find a link under the video screen.. (See #4 on visual.) You should also have Internet Explorer 7 or higher.
Monthly links for the current quarter of videos are on the home page. Note that previous months must be clicked on to open. (See #5 on visual.) If you need to review videos from a previous quarter, click on the Archive button – the last button to the right at the top of the home page. (See #6 on visual.)

- Each week get your employees together and watch the Weekly Wisdom message as a group. Then take the 2-question gameshow review by registering as a team. Then discuss how the message can be applied to your specific work environment.
