How The Service Savvy Success Series Works
If you did not begin with “Getting Started – Osceola’s Hospitality Success Series,” you should start with that link. (See #1 on the visual.) You can then watch subsequent sessions in order or as they appear weekly in the “Featured Topic” box (see #2 on the visual).
The series will grow a little each quarter, so be sure to revisit the SUCCESS categories (see #3 on the visual) occasionally and check for new content. Note that when you click on one of the SUCCESS boxes, it reveals components under that category (see #4 on the visual).
Once you have selected the component you want to view by clicking on it, simply choose the “Watch as a Team” or “Watch as an Individual” button. Once you register, making you eligible for the $500 drawing, the play button will reappear for you to begin the video or online training segment. You can also view the components in Spanish by clicking on the Spanish icon. (See #5 on the visual.)
Each time you complete a segment or component, you will earn another entry for the quarterly $500 drawing, so keep learning!!
If you experience problems with a video be sure to download the latest Flash Player. You can find a link next to the video screen (see #6 on the visual). You should also have Internet Explorer 7 or higher.
Maximizing The Service Savvy Success Series Experience
If you are a leader using The Service Savvy Success Series to increase service skills in your department or organization,
consider this idea:
- Get your team members together once a week or twice a month for a mini training session. Begin with the Getting Started – Osceola’s Hospitality Success Series component.
- Then continue with each of the SUCCESS categories. After each segment, discuss how the lesson can be applied to your specific work environment.
